Request Account Deletion

At Rise & Recover Sober Living, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

If you have an account with the Rise & Recover mobile app and would like to request that your account and associated personal information be deleted, you may submit a request using the instructions below.

Option 1: Through the Rise & Recover App

If you can access your account, navigate to the account deletion section within the app and submit your request.

Option 2: By Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you may email admin@rise-recover.org with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Please include your name and the email address associated with your app account so our Executive Team can locate your account and verify your request.

For your security, please do not include passwords or sensitive recovery information in your email.

Our Executive Team will review your request and may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion.

Once your request is approved and completed, your app account will be deactivated or deleted, and access to the associated account will be removed.

Depending on your account and applicable recordkeeping requirements, information eligible for deletion may include your login credentials, account access information, and personal app content that is no longer required for organizational or legal purposes.

Rise & Recover Sober Living may need to retain certain records related to housing agreements, payments, financial transactions, incident reports, acknowledgements, and other organizational documentation when required by applicable laws, recordkeeping obligations, or legitimate organizational purposes.

Information retained for these purposes will remain subject to our privacy and security practices.
